Terms of Service
Setup OpenClaw terms of service.
Last updated: March 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or using Setup OpenClaw services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Setup OpenClaw provides professional OpenClaw deployment, security hardening, and managed care services. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our services.
2. Services Provided
Setup OpenClaw offers white-glove OpenClaw AI agent deployment including: VPS or Mac Mini provisioning, OpenClaw installation, Composio OAuth middleware configuration, Docker sandboxing, firewall hardening, custom workflow setup, documentation, and 14-day hypercare support. Services are delivered remotely worldwide or in-person in the SD & LA Area for qualifying packages.
3. Pricing & Payment
All setup fees are one-time charges due at the time of purchase. Pricing is as listed on our website: Hosted Setup ($3,000), Mac Mini Setup ($5,000), Mac Mini In-Person ($6,000), and Additional Agents ($1,500 each). Ongoing infrastructure costs (e.g., VPS hosting at $5–10/month) are the client's responsibility. Managed Care plans are billed separately on a recurring basis.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Setup OpenClaw deployment, contact us within 14 days of your setup session and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to accounts, systems, and information necessary for deployment. This includes temporary access to the target machine/network and connected accounts (email, calendar, messaging) during setup. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own accounts and credentials after deployment.
6. Access & Credentials
Setup OpenClaw uses the principle of least privilege during setup. We require temporary access to configure integrations via Composio OAuth middleware. We never store raw credentials. We recommend rotating any shared credentials after the deployment is complete.
7. Intellectual Property
OpenClaw is open-source software and is not owned by Setup OpenClaw. Our services consist of professional deployment, configuration, and hardening expertise. Custom workflows and configurations created during setup are yours to keep. Setup OpenClaw retains no proprietary claim over your agent's configuration.
8. Limitation of Liability
Setup OpenClaw provides deployment and configuration services on an as-is basis. While we implement security best practices including Docker sandboxing, firewall hardening, and audit trails, no AI agent system is 100% risk-free. Setup OpenClaw is not liable for actions taken by your OpenClaw agent, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.
9. Hypercare & Support
Each deployment includes 14 days of hypercare support via a dedicated Slack channel. During hypercare, we tune workflows, expand permissions gradually, and address edge cases. Support beyond the 14-day period requires a Managed Care subscription.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. If you cancel before your setup session, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel during hypercare, the refund is subject to our satisfaction guarantee terms. Your OpenClaw agent and all configurations remain yours regardless of termination.
11. Privacy
Your use of Setup OpenClaw services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and limit our access to only what is necessary for deployment.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
